While I"
ve never been a big fan of total automation when it comes to communicating with my contacts, there are certain places where
it definitely comes in useful. The purpose of this chapter is to show you how and what to automate without completely removing
the personal touch from your marketing offorts.
When I talk about automation , I'm reffering to the use of auto-responders. However , you DO NOT
want to depend on autoresponders to build your relationships for you...THEY WON'T DO THAT.
First of all , let's talk about the sequence of events that will occur as you follow this program,
then I'll show you the best part to automate and exactly how to do it :
1. By using the methods I show you throughout the next several chapters you'll initiate contact
with thousands of people from all over the Internet.
2. Many of these people will respond with to your initial contacts and give you permision to add
them to your list of " Verified contacts" in
Group Mail.
3. You will respond with the email message I showed you in Chapter 4 and offer them a free eCourse from you.
4. A good portion of these contacts will request their free copy of the Ecourse and from you.
5. You will send them a copy of the Ecourse in exchange for their contact information, if you don't
already have it.
6. You will use that contact information to contact them and invite them to a private meeting with
you either by phone, online voice conference or instant messenger where you'll share the details of your primary business
with them.
7. You will maintain communication with them for as long as they remain on your " Verified Contacts"
list by sending them a series of emails.
Steps 4, 5, and 7 are what I recommend you to automate by using a combination of a lead capture
website and an auto-responder. The advantage of using the lead capture website in addition to an autoresponder is that you
can collect complete contact information of each person who subscribe your eCourse and have it automatically emailed to you.

If you are of those people who are afraid to invest any money into their marketing or incidentally
you cannot afford it, there is other option . To just have your contacts request Ecourse by emailing you directly. If you
chose this method you will not necesarily recieve the person full contact information when they request the eCourse frim you.
You may avoid it by express asking this
information as a prerequisite for sending them the eCourse and argument it as you will need it in order to help them to get
through the Ecourse.
