4. Simplicity & Duplication
One of the most important factors in building any business is leadership. Succesfull leaders have
the most successfull groups because of the duplication factor. Duplication means that everyone in your downline is doing the
same things and taking the same actions to build their business. Simply put...,
it means no one is trying to " reinvent the wheel".
If you want duplication to occur in your networking business, you need to develop some powerfull
leadership skills and then develop them in others.
But what is this thing called leadership ? As stated by a very successfull network marketer, "
Leadership is not asking which way people are going and then running quickly to be in front... A TRUE leader takes steps to
discover what is best for others, and then steps out to lead people in THAT direction".
LEAD FROM THE FRONT
Successfull leaders lead from the front. If you approach a horse from behind, place both hands
on the rear end and start pushing him, all you're going to do is annoy him and probably get a good hard kick to say the least.
However if you walk directly up to the front of the horse, grab his reigns and start walking, the horse will follow you...no
question asked. Well, people are obviously not horses , but most poeple would rather have a leader that they can follow and
duplicate rather than a slave master behind then cracking the wheep, in other words...you must " walk your talk" and lead by example. To do this is first necessary to :

Have a proven system to follow.
2.
Ensure that system stays in tact and isn' t altered in any way from the
original.
3.
Follow the system yourself.
4.
Teach the system to others.
By keeping these points IN, you are ensuring this plan remains duplicatable allowing others to
